I'm up to 21 pounds lost.....down to 294.1lbs from 315........I'm feeling great and people are starting to get jealous.....ha ha ha...they are getting jealous but I'm just telling them to read the book...I'm not even all the way through book and I say read till you know what to do to start and then while you are doing it read the rest.. that was one of my reason a long time ago not to start cause I didn't read the whole book.............................how do I add the little ticker thing under my name....?????????I can't seem to figure it out

Well of course they're jealous, you stud! Look at you! Way to go~ I can't help you with the ticker, as I've never had one, but I'm sure someone has an idea about them! I'm just really proud of you! Way to be Mr Atkins posterboy!

I got my ticker at Ticker Factory.com I've seen others with tickers from other sites too. At TF.com you don't have to sign up for anything just pick from the choices they offer and enter in your stats on the last page. It walks you thru and it's really easy. They give you three tag lines to choose from to place your ticker on your siggy. You'll want to copy and paste the first one available. You can test it in the techincal thread.

Good going Steve! I bet they ARE jealous! You can go to www.tickerfactory.com and make a ticker, then go through the steps for creating one. At the end it will give you a url to your ticker. Go into your edit signature in the User CP and click in the white box, then at the top, click on insert image and put in the url in the box that comes up! It should show up as the picture in your signature box, or the url will be in there with some gobbly gook, depending on how you have your options set. Once you have the url or the picture in there, you can preview your signature to make sure it looks right. If it does, then save it! It will show up at the end of all of your posts, even previous ones.
