| I hate to be the spoil sport in all the pats on the back good for you, but you need do what Dr Atkins tells us to do and not take the easy way out. it is very very easy to jump back to induction when you have a problem. it is hard work to do what Dr Atkins tells you to do and drop your carbs back down 5 net see what happens then if nothing drop them back again. We only use induction and then only a few days of it if we are out of ketosis. Learning to work the program. learning where your CCLL is is what will allow you to be a permanent sucess on Atkins not yoyoing with induction OWL induction OWl everytime you have a problem with the scales or the inches.

| I'm with 2big on this and I can speak from experience. Induction didn't work for me in the summer when I tried to go back to it. I was better doing a modified owl, dropping my carbs back down. It took patience, and alot of experimenting with foods, but eventually i found my balance. Good luck!

| I know what you are Saying 2BIG and Sadie totally Understand But, I feel like I am going to go out of control and if what I need is to go on induction and get things going again. That's what I'm going to do. I have cravings from **** right now so I belive I am not in Ketosis. I was at my CCL but, I have let everything creep and my cravings are out of control. I want everything I shouldn't have soo bad it's not even fun. Oh by the way my ccl is 55 grams of carbs I was up over 70 some days. So I need to do this for me to get back under control then I'll climb the rungs again the way I have done in the past. You all have to understand that it's hard for me to tell you I need to do this but, I do and I know you will support me. Thanks all soo much Sarah

| so do the couple of dayd of induction like Dr Atkins says to get your ketosis going and your cravings controlled and them go back to where you know you should be CCLL 55 and whatever rung you were at the last time you lost and go from their. You will be the better Atkins low carber if you use induction as a tool to regain ketosis and not as the cure for all your cheating ways. Work with your foods and your CCLL and find what works fro you or you are going to repeat your mistake cause you didn't learn what foods caused you to lose control. are you now saying you were doing it knowingly wrong for those months you have been telling use you were not losing and you were working hard?

| No I wasn't doing it Wrong By the Book But, I let things creep in. The days I had more like 70 grams I was running for 2-3 hours so I was still in contol. And I HAVE NEVER cheated just in the method of trying to figure where I should be I went too high that's all I never lied mislead anything. I did what I had to do had to skip rungs cause of allergies ETC. You know that 2 BIG. I was up to the Grain Rung added in some bread HOLLY TRIGGER sao I may have to skip that Rung altogether could be why I am stuck as well. It's a slow process I try to add by small incriments but somehting triggered me you know. I'm sure you ahve been there. I am gunna do what I need to get myself back on track and so forth then I will be back to OWL like I ahve bee. AS soon as I feel like I have the cravings gone and such Gunna Move back up cause I like the choices. I always Work hard and I have had stall USUALLY when I am going up the rungs like when I hit Dairy rung that one hit me hard stalled for seemend like forever. I ahve been good since then till I hit the Nut and Well Bread HMM. SO none of that. It seems my Body is SUPER sensitive and I ahve to go by what my body says so really I don't have as much choices as say someone who can safely not induce cravings through the other rungs. LUCKY DUCKS. I have been able ot have fruit though and that doesn't set me off which totally is aweosme as for most everything elese well. I am basically finding what my body can handle that's what you ahve always told Me 2BIG. No 2 people are the same so we all can't follow the same path I have to be more careful then say someone who is not soo sensitive. Make sence. I upped my carbs with Veggies and Fruit not antyhign elese. The days I went way up I had an Apple LOL. That was my 70- carb days LOL. SO I hope this makes you understands me what I am saying still going hard working hard running hard. Working my Atkins the way I need to for my Body. Sarah
