All very odd at the moment. My weight is two pounds up but I know, from some trousers I have not been able to wear comfortably before, that my shape has reduced.

And at a time when I have been travelling and very busy, have not been eating quite as I would choose, and have not been cycling as much as usual.

Still, I am not complaining - those trousers fit now!

Daggone scale .. who needs it? Give me those skinny clothes anyday! Great job, Brian!!!

I too, am up a few, but yanno what? I've been workin' like a dog painting the house, running, etc., so I know it ain't due to overeating .. if anything, its due to over-exertion and there ain't nothin' wrong with that!!
