Wanna be successful -- Join a challenge!

I've never been very good with challenges in the past (heck, I usually forget to even check in after a few days), but I accepted Cleo's New Year's Eve challenge in the STAC forum.

I went into it with a promise that I would sincerely be accountable to myself, follow the plan exactly, and do my exercise and water. If I slipped up, I would admit it.

Knowing the above has made me stick to it all exactly. Several times I thought about having a "legal" snack, but didn't because I knew that I wasn't really hungry for it, didn't need it, and would have to say I had it. So, I just didn't!

The reward? I'm down another two pounds this week, when I'd been averaging about 1/2 pound. I just wish I could give Cleo a real hug instead of this cyber one! Cleo!
