| LOLOL, it is such a wonderful feeling to be able to see how far you've come healthwise. What is the old saying, YOU DON"T REALIZE HOW IMPORTANT YOUR HEALTH IS TILL YOU LOSE IT? That is so true. I used to eat away and not exercise and never gave it a thought that someday I'd pay dearly for my ways. Atkins has restored so much of what I'd lost that I am in awe that everyone in the world doesn't do it. I have more spring in my step these days, can bend over and pick things up off floor, can walk further distances and can put socks on (something I couldn't do for years because of the fat) If nothing else, they should advertise it as a FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH system...as everyone who loses looks at least 20 years younger! Thanks for reminding me how grateful I am again today for so many things I now have that I didn't have a year ago!!

| Yeah, I've definately noticed the bounce in my step and I seem to dance more often at home. I now seem to prefer the radio over the tv and when its on, I'm constantly singing and dancing to whatever is on. I think my daughter thinks that I'm more fun now too. (Smile) I'm so trying to get my husband to try it again, I told him if he can just get past the first couple weeks, it's SO much easier. But he just won't try it again. Right now, I'm trying to find anything that would work for him since I know how much different I feel. |

| Debbie - maybe he'll notice how much happier you are in yourself being on Atkins and that in itself will inspire him to start. Men have it much easier on Atkins than us girls do so he'd notice the difference in himself pretty fast - and this way of eating has so much in it that you can't really get bored. Keep on enjoying what you're doing and others will notice. Deborah |
