| I love flax, and that looks wonderful! Where are you in Atkins? If induction, no flax. Flax is the nut rung in OWL.

| Here is what I posted earlier in my journal. I don't like sweets so I made mine with garlic and Italian seasonings. The recipe originally called for splenda and cinnamon. 3tbs flax meal 1/2tsp baking powder 1 egg I use 1tbs olive oil, the original recipe called for 2.5 tbs butter garlic and Italian seasonings to taste First beat up the eggs and oil, add remaining ingredients and let sit for 2 minutes. I made mine in a glass breakfast bowl, then you cook in microwave for almost 2 minutes, I think the recipe called for 1:45. The first one I made came out a little hard on the bottom, you just have to watch it. I just turn the bowl over and it falls right out! I let it cook a couple of minutes then slice down the middle for a nice sandwich bun! |

| yep if you get constipated you get to have flax or psyllium or wheat bran as part of yor induction rule 12 of induction chapter 11.
