I freeze now, yes! Of course, moving from Dallas to Denver didn't help me acclimate.

I also have a way lower tolerance to the cold now. When I moved here I thought it was horribly humid and I would almost choke looking at people who were bundled up...but now it's me who looks like a turtle bundled up to the nines.

| I'm starting to notice that, as well. I remember it, also, from when I reached goal weight when doing WW. When I was at my highest weight, I was always too warm. In the summer, I used to turn the air conditioner down to it's lowest setting (around 55) at night. I now sometimes wake up feeling cold during the night and I have it set at 68 in the evening. Another, funnier, problem that I remember from when I was last at goal is hard seating surfaces, such as a marble bench. They hurt! Oh, well, I'll take the cold and sore hiney, anytime, over the blubber!

Become one with your comfy sweats and slippers when at home! During the winter season, the first thing I do when I get home for the day is crawl into my comfies and warm up. There is always a throw on the couch for cuddling under too!

Yeah, I find that I get colder too. My husband even commented on it since it was normally me who turned the AC on and now it's him. BUT I thought it was cold here yesterday morning and it was only 49 degrees. I don't think I've EVER felt it colder than 17 degrees and that was only once in Tallahassee, Florida .... at least that I can remember. I don't think I went outside that day. (Smile)

Ooo, I do! I was thinking it was a combination of moving from Alabama to Germany and maybe my thyroid going more wonky. I never thought about my loss of "insulation"!
