Hitting the 180's

This morning I made it into the 180's. 189 to be exact! A total loss to date of 88 lbs. I was jumping for joy! I am only 3 lbs heavier than DH! That's what I have been sort of using as a guide, and now I'm almost there. 24lbs to goal to go. The last couple of months have been slower moving, but this SI6 exercise challenge that I have been doing for the last 4 1/2 weeks has definately toned me up, and gotten my metabolism to move faster! All in all I am thrilled with my Atkins WOE and proud of my accomplishments!
