Kinda nervous, kinda excited!

It's time for my quarterly diabetic labs again and I'm so anxious to see how they come out!!

My last results were kind of skewed because they included the time period of my most recent miscarriage (when I didn't care what I ate) and a move from Alabama to Germany (when I couldn't figure out WHAT to eat while doing the hotel thing). The ones I remember are:

a1C: 6.9
Total Cholesterol: 186
HDL: 48
LDL: 100
Triglycerides: 188

I have been SO good about staying on plan and, literally, exercising my tushie off. I've lost 19.5 pounds since those labs were drawn.

My doc was talking about adding a 2nd diabetes med and a cholesterol med if my results weren't better this time, so I'm super anxious about getting these results and, hopefully, seeing HUGE improvements in every area.

I saw the vampires this morning, so I'm hoping to have my results next week.

Swimmom, I know what you are feeling! I have my next round of blood tests coming in January! Good luck on your test results, but it will be because of your hard work and not luck that you get good readings! Lots of people on these boards have found better diabetic blood work results by following this WOE!!! Can't wait to see your results and celebrate how good they are!
