| I've never had their cheesecake, but I've tried to find their nutritional values for some of their other foods and it isn't very detailed. It did say 5g fiber for the cheesecake, but I am guessing they use a sugar alcohol sweetener blend. http://www.rubytuesday.com/files/nutrition.pdf I personally would skip the cheesecake and go straight to their salad bar....yum!!!! |

| yep if you read way down at the bottom of their page it tells you their net carbs are total carbs minus fiber and sugar alcohols.

| Probably not the best meal you could have had at Ruby Tuesday , and it certainly contains more than 1 total carb per slice, but I'm glad you found a lower-carb cheesecake you like! Maybe you could try duplicating it at home for a treat a couple of times a week or so?
