actually that is their net carb count oh and unless they have changed Bakers that is not from Dr Atkins cheese cakethat is from Atkins bakery and has more then 1 carb. that is their version of net carbs. they subtracted their propritary blened sweetners and fibers and stuff. check and see if that isn't one sugr carb.

I've never had their cheesecake, but I've tried to find their nutritional values for some of their other foods and it isn't very detailed. It did say 5g fiber for the cheesecake, but I am guessing they use a sugar alcohol sweetener blend. http://www.rubytuesday.com/files/nutrition.pdf I personally would skip the cheesecake and go straight to their salad bar....yum!!!!

yep if you read way down at the bottom of their page it tells you their net carbs are total carbs minus fiber and sugar alcohols.

Probably not the best meal you could have had at Ruby Tuesday, and it certainly contains more than 1 total carb per slice, but I'm glad you found a lower-carb cheesecake you like! Maybe you could try duplicating it at home for a treat a couple of times a week or so?
