Default Beansprouts and Chillis's Induction friendly?

The packets would suggest so for my finger chilli's and beansprouts, beansprouts have 1.1g carbs per 100g, and chillis 1.7g carbs......

Neither are on the list, but I would think they are fine.
So what are we making with bean sprouts and chili?

I thought all kinds of peppers were on the induction list. Aren't they?

How many peppers? They still carry a carb count. If they are jalapenos, you're looking at about a carb per small pepper. Use fitday.com (it's free) to calculate the food values and to keep yourself honest. It also will include carb measurements for sprouts.

Its 3 quarters of a normal pepper (the really big things) , they are 2.7 carbs per 100g. They are also beansprouts, not spouts (the long white things).

I only eat 2 meals a day now i cant really take 3.

Todays intake was:

This meal came to(5PM):

Chicken (250g) no carbs
pepper slices (90g) 2.5 carbs
diced finger chilli (25g) 0.5 carbs
Mushrooms 1 cup No idea on carbs
about 60g of beansprouts 1 Carb
So its 4 carbs + the mushrooms
12 Oz Serving of water
+ Small amount of garlic mayo to dip 1 carb

Breakfast (10AM):

3 Slices of bacon 0.5 carbs
3 medium eggs 2 carbs
48 Oz Water
Yes i woke up and drank 4 pints of water.

Leaves me at 7 carbs + the mushrooms. I also noticed peppers and mushrooms seem to give you quite a bit of fibre so helps the digestion etc.

Bean sprouts are on the list. The "Other Vegetable" list.
What foods can be eaten on Induction?
Quote:
Other Vegetables
You can have one cup per day of these veggies if salad does not exceed two cups. The following vegetables are slightly higher in carbohydrate content than the salad vegetables:

artichoke
celery root
pumpkin
artichoke hearts
rhubarb
asparagus
chard
sauerkraut
bamboo shoots
collard greens
scallions
dandelion
snow peas
bean sprouts
dandelion greens
spaghetti squash
beet greens
eggplant
spinach
broccoli
hearts of palm
string or wax beans
broccoli rabe
kale
summer squash
brussels sprouts
kohlrabi
tomato
leeks
turnips
cabbage
okra
water chestnuts
cauliflower
onion
zucchini

Out of curiosity, why are you only eating 2 meals a day? You should consider eating a snack because we aren't supposed to go more than 6 waking hours without eating. Part of the weight loss on this diet depends on stabilizing your blood sugar, going too long without eating will only destabilize your blood sugar.
