| Hi, glad you found us and posted. Check out the Second Time Around Club, they are very helpful and supportive even if its not your second time officially, you are returning to Inductions.... Also, start a journal And for the next few days use fitday to make sure your on track.

| Thanks Becky, I have walk away the pounds with Leslie Sansone, I gave up my membership to CURVES. I didn't like it there, I would rather go to a regular gym. I will start that ASAP....Dawn |

| Sounds like ya got it all figured out girl. I have Hypothyroidism too and I find I have to really watch the peanuts as well they are sooo salty and loaded with calories as well.
