Confused!

Im all ready to start my diet tomorrow, went grocery shopping tonight and stayed in there FOREVER reading labels and figuring out meals! The only confusion I had was....I bought some beef chunks and was going to get soy sauce and it said 0 carbs BUY as I was reading ingredients it listed "molasses" ...wont that have sugar in it?? Thanks for any advice. Ill post my stats tomorrow....HERE WE GO!

Lupie, I really think it will be okay, its like Mayo lists sugar in the ingredients but its still legal. You won't be drinking lots of it anyway.
