| Many of you do not know me and some of you may remember me.
When I first started on Atkins in early 2004, I jumped in head first and went full steam ahead. There are even some posts in the FAQ section from my mod days concerning Sugar Alcohols and the Importance of Water.
Well, as so many other diets in my life, some event occurs which impedes my ability the cook, etc... and I started to gain weight back. In this case, my wife and I had purchased our first home, a real fixer upper and spent most of our time working on it. This went on for quite some time and as of today I have gained back all of the weight I had list (67lbs).
So today I am back. My goal is to provide a lot of the services I provided before to this community including some software for PDA's (If I can find the time again) and other things of that nature. For those of you that do not know me, I hope I get to meet you along the way and for those of you that remember me (probably mostly mods), I hope that I will assist you by sharing my knowledge of this lifestyle.
