That's happened to me several times just in the last two weeks. I think that because it's such a gradual change for us, we really need to hear things like that so we can really appreciate the changes that have happened. Especially when the weight loss slows down as we get closer to goal, you sometimes feel like you're at a standstill. Enjoy it...soak it up! |
