well its been one year for me here at

I really didn't start posting though until March.
Been an interesting year, although I wish I had stuck to this WOE faithfully, then I would have been down a lot more in weight, but i"m hoping this year is the year for me.
I've learned a lot along the way though this past year, my eating habits have changed for the better, and there are also a few other changes.
Don't delay your weight loss from not sticking to this WOE, like I have done. Its a waste of a year for what?? just to eat some snacks you are craving? Letting your emotions take over and not caring about your weight? Its not worth it.
Stick to this WOE and get the weight off. You owe it to yourself, your family and friends to get healthier.
Sorry for preaching but there are no excuses anymore for me. This year is the year. I'm tired of this weight on me. Complaining about it is not the solution, acting on it is.
ADBB is a very friendly, helpful site with many members always willing to lend an ear. Thank you to
for being there and helping myself and so many others with this WOE. Thank you also for being strict too with this WOE, as some people have complained about the strictness (eg. in the induction forums), but being strict is the only way to go as far as I am concerned.
