A whole Atkins year!

Oh wow! I just realised that a whole year has gone by since I started this WOE!! When I began, I had high hopes but little belief that I'd succeed. But as the months rolled by, I shed the pounds and even had to alter my goal weight twice! It was amazing. No other diet had worked so well. No other diet was a WOE that I could live with happily. Atkins really can be for life.

It took me eight months to get where I wanted (21 kgs lost) and the last four have been in maintenance. You know what, everyone......

IT REALLY FEELS LIKE A DREAM COME TRUE!

Thank you so very, very much Atkineers all! Without you, I never would be where I am today.

Congrats on reaching such a huge milestone!!! You look fantastic! It's so great & inspirational to see someone succeed with this WOE, and you're proof positive that it works! Now I can't wait until I reach my first year with Atkins...but I guess I'll have to! LOL

There's that old saying: "You take care of the pennies, and the pounds will take care of themselves"... well, one could also say: "You take care of the days (Atkinswise), and the years will take care of themselves!"
