| how many times do you want them to count your fiber calories? Fiber calories are counted with the carbohydrate calories because they are carbohydrates. Dr Atkins and Atkineers know humans do not digest fiber calories and carbohydrates so we getr to not count them. Fitday is not an Atkins site it is a site to log foods and activities and check all your daily vits mineral and other stuff and all for free too. Subtracting our own fiber from total carbs to see net carbs is something us can each do for ourselves. the % of fiber has nothing to do with our Atkins either.

| Okay, so the carb% is 'suppose' to show all carbs including fibre and they are counted in our 65%/5%/30% ratios? Wellllll, then my problem is solved...lol. Thanks!
