My girlfriend!

She made my lunch for me today, I have just had a look at it, and she has filled a plastic lunch box with mixed salad, cold ham, pate, a couple of green chillis and some celery with cream cheese spread onto it.

She has done even better than I normally do. I have been with all of my "atkins" life, so she know the diet inside out.

Well I love her anyway

No she doesnt do the plan, she doesnt need to, she is one of the slimmest women I have ever met.

But she does join me on a lot of the foods, as she is not over keen on Bread or potatoes.

You are very blessed! My husband refuses to look at any other vegetable other than lettuce! Plus he keeps cookies, Doritos and Ben and Jerry's stocked in our house. Lucky for me, those things really don't tempt me too much anymore!
