NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Put them down. Back away quickly and no one will get hurt. These are considered frankenfoods and can seriously stall your weightloss. You'll be much better off without them. Check the recipe forum for safe sweets you can make yourself.

My opinion is: read the labels carefully. *I* wouldn't eat them - these are not natural unprocessed foods and most of the ingredients would scare me off.

There is a recipe for chocolatey snacks somewhere (like cream cheese, cocoa and splenda).
And you might want to try a chocolate omelette.

2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of splenda-sweetened chocolate syrup (Torani or DaVinci), 2 tablespoons of cream, 4 tsp. cocoa. Blend and pour into a buttered pan, fry on medium heat. Turn when the edges are set,

Even this is awfully high on sweetener but a loveley chocoholic treat, if you need it.

Personally, I like them. One of the legs on my kitchen table is a bit shorter than the others, and an Atkins bar props it up perfectly......

Hands down thats the most intelligent use for an Atkins Bar that I've ever heard of!!

There are options out there for a person who wants to have a chocolate fix and they are perfectly legal, so why eat something that isn't?

And if a person is having cravings for chocolate I'd advise them to examine what they've been eating that's triggering those cravings.

And if I had a nickel for every time I heard "Atkins bars stalled me" then I'd be sitting on a pile of nickels right now.
