| Another interesting fact about measuring splenda that I found out yesterday is that according to Dana Carpender the packets of splenda are more 'concentrated' than that in the jars of granulated splenda we can buy in supermarkets. This is why one packet is counted as 2 teaspoonsworths of the 'jar' splenda even though it is much less in bulk.
