| Well, there's always a burger and salad. Don't eat the bun, pickles or ketchup. And watch out for the process cheese. Greek food is good. You can get a stick with some kinda meat on it and a greek salad. Plain chicken wings and salad. Rotisserie chicken from the grocery store is always good. Just take it home and eat it.

| I think Ruby Tuesday's and TGI Friday's have good low carb menus, that are available take-out. You can call in advance.

| At times when I've travelled and had to go on road trips, I've kept my own meals in a cooler and stopped at gas-stations and used their microwaves. They've never had a problem with it. I just tell them that I'm on a restricted diet and can't eat most foods that are available in the stores. I always buy a bottle of water so that I'm making a purchase. I've also eaten at Ruby Tuesdays and Carl's Jr. with caution. When those places aren't available, I'll get some chicken and peel off the skin/breading. Its better than eating anything that is not on my WOE. But, truthfully, most of the time I use what I have in my 'emergency kit' in the car. It is filled with string cheese, jerky, tuna, packets of mayo and stuff that isn't hot, but that gets me by until I get to my next meal.

| My suggestion is probably not induction friendly, but here goes for anyone else who needs an idea! Sometimes for a treat, I get some Mu Shu Chicken from the Chinese place across the street (without pancakes, of course). It's generally thin strips of stir-fried chicken and a variety of Chinese cabbage and other goodies mixed in. I can generally get that place to put the "brown" sauce on the side (I have a feeling there is cornstarch in it) and I can dribble it over the cut up veggies as I like.

| You could order a pizza and eat the toppings. I susally go to In N Out burger and get their dbl cheese burger with tomato and pickle only wrapped in lettuce. Good! You can also order a quick to go from any restaurant you wish. Just ask for chicken or steak or whetever you're in the mood for and double helpings of their cooked veggie.

| There are a lot of chinese dishes you can order that have acceptable ingredients if you leave off the sauce! of course no noodles or rice. But I have no trouble finding good combinations of veggies and chicken, meat or seafood that are basically just steamed when you leave off the sauces.

| A local burritto joint has these *giant* burritos. I get one with no beans/sauce, and just eat the meat/lettuce/sour cream etc out of it with a fork. Kind of like a taco salad, but with more meat than lettuce. Easier if you have a bowl to spill the contents into and toss the carb-laden 15" tortilla. |
