| Re: How I Drink My Water Today Hello there, I am in your section of the world- Warsaw to be exact and it is bloody cold here -24 i think, I am starting to feel like I live in Canada. Good luck with your progress and good idea with the hot water.

| Re: How I Drink My Water Today Hey, I live in Canada and it seems you are all getting our Cold weather LOL. I don't want it back though it's been mild with sno I can live with it I like being able to go outside with the kids but, when it gets cold like you said I just don't get out. Sarah

| Re: How I Drink My Water Today Take singing lessons! I saw a woman who helps rock stars sing (you know the kind that more or less scream...) anyhow, she insists they drink warm water (not cold) while performing onstage...it is much better for the vocal cords than cold water is! TA-DA!

and getting even colder forecasts say). I found it really impossible to drink any water. I had tea and decaf and even hot cocoa with sweetener, but now I'm drinking HOT water with a slice of lemon in it and I actually feel warmer PLUS I do drink WATER
. I use the same slice of lemon in my fifth cup already, so I believe it's not too bad to have it - I'm not gonna eat it, just drink the water from it.
