| Belated happy birthday Amy!! That cake sounds fabulous! Why don't you freeze the extra icing? Maybe put it in smaller containers. I always freeze leftover icing and it's fine.

| Well I kind of answered my own question here... I used some of the vanilla icing (as well as some low carb belgian choc chips) in flax bread. It was goooooooooooooooood. Might include it in a mock danish instead of splenda next. |
