Default Post Pregnancy... I'm back!
I just gave up nursing my 7 month old and, while it is a sad step for me, I am going to grab the silver lining and get back to this WOE.



I hit 212 before delivery, saw 168 in no time at all and crept back up to 179.5 before saying “Enough is enough!”. I am back down to 171 after some lifestyle changes and would love to see 135-140 before summer is too far gone!



As much as I want to rush right back into this, I have some reading to do and I need to plan some menus and a grocery list for induction so I am yet a few days away from my official beginning.



I am thrilled to be back and love the board’s improvements. It is good to see everyone’s progress pics and see all your familiar faces! Here’s good luck to me and you all!
