| Can I just add to this? With a cheat, there is a silver lining! If you do fall foul to temptation and feel totally gutted afterwards, you will be much stronger in the future as you will always remember how bad / guilty you felt with the cheat. I cheated, one month into the diet, it was on Christmas Day 2003. But I felt so disgusted with myself, I havent done it again since. Rich

| (raises Hand)! Yes I experienced temptation 5 days into induction Friday the 13th 2006(I knew I should've stayed home that day), anyway the day before someone vrought doughnuts to work I remained strong didn't touch one (used to would've eaten half the box and then the rest when no one was looking. Anyway, there I am minding my own business when someone brings in ice cream cake, so I had a piece, I could feel the sugar coursing through my system, so quickly I went to Sonic and had a double cheeseburger with mayo (no bun). So I fight the sugar with fat. I haven't had anything since simply becuase I knew it stalled my progress but there went my clean induction had to start back over on the 14th, 5 more days to go. And no I was disapointed in the ice cream cake, it really didn't taste that good. So it wasn't worth it. |
