| Depends on how valuable your time is. If you make $100/hr yeah its a major inconvenience to waste extra time walking to the bathroom. However if you are salaried, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Plus it does help you out!

| When you gotta go, you gotta go. Try sipping your water rather than "chugging it". So drink a few tablespoons every 5 minutes or so.
