Have you read THE BOOK? Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002 edition is the one we live by on this board. It will list all the allowed veggies during induction. The reason you're not hungry is KETOSIS .. a natural appetite suppressant! Betty

yep read the book and learn how to do Atkins. there is a whole loist of acceptable veggies for induction in chapter 11 and wehave them in the induction fourms andin the FAQs too. peppers of all kinds are allowed When you are not hungry you should be eating according to the rules a small amount of food (carb,protein and fat) not a whole meal either. AHppy low carbing.
