| More details please? How much have you lost and over how much time? How much do you have to lose? What phase of Atkins are you on? How tall are you? How old are you? Male or female? There are many reasons why you may appear to be at a stall but without more info it's hard to say. Have you taken your measurements? You may be getting smaller but the scale isn't showing the loss. Are you exercising?

| I have lost 29 lbs. since the last couple of weeks of the year. I would like to loose 49 more lbs. I am a little past induction, but I am considering going back to it. I am around 6 ft. tall. I am 26 yrs. old. I am a male. I exercise just about everyday, I have not taken my measurements and yes I may be getting smaller without a drop in the scale, but I would like to get the scale to drop as well! |
