| Yep start now. At the least stop eating anything *high* in carbs like bread or donuts, etc. Eat a sensible dinner like chicken alfredo or something like that. Good luck.

| Put yesterday out of your mind, it over and gone!! Drink tons of water to help rid your system of the 'junk' and you will be starting in the right direction. Try not to eat when you get in a sad mood, call a friend, exercise, rent a funny movie, come to ADBB!! Food will NEVER make you feel happy, and carbs are not your friend but we are!!! Good luck!!

| You're not alone in having a tough weekend, I had a few indulgences myself....must be the moon. Get lots of exercise. Push yourself super hard--your guilt will subside a little.

| Never allow your guilt to help you continue with the downward spiral. Let your guilt do what it is supposed to! Guilting you into whipping yourself in the rear and getting back on plan. Your punishment is exercising a bit harder to work the stored glycogen out. Because let's not forget that while you are using stored glycogen, you are not burning fat......now that should be enough to get you going! Grab your water bottle, move that glycogen out of your system and eat some fat!

| Thanks everyone I think it was the cold, dreary weather we had. I couln't go outside and it was rainy all weekend. It made me just blah! I fought my thoughts of wanting McDonald's this morning. I told myself you were bad yesterday now get back on track. No more being a pig. And I drove straight home and ate two eggs with some pork chops. Yey, I fought the demon inside.
