I just started eating these, they only have 1 carb per 2 cooked links, but i did just notice that they do have 1 gram of sugar in them per 2 cooked links....

is this bad????????

should i not be eating these on induction???? could this stall me ?
is this not allowed, ?
going crazy here!

Get the bob evans brand sausage links, no sugar, no carbs!! They are soooo good!!!! You can also get bacon cured with no sugar and lower sodium, it tastes better than the other stuff. I don't think you can eat food with sugar in it. Trust me, the no-sugar kind taste better!!!

While there are certainly worse foods to eat, I would be more concerned about the cravings these links might cause with their sugar content than I would be about stalling. This is just like processed luncheon meats -- there are certainly better one without the sugar out there, so I would suggest getting the ones that are more legal. Just my opinion.
