| Thanks guys!!! I ams till resisting! Book tells you to throw stuff out and cleanse your cupboards, they don't tell you what to do at work!!! It wouldn't be so bad on another desk, but it is literally RIGHT next to me....like a person next to you at the dinner table, they are THAT close to me!!!! I wish someone would move them across the office....it's like putting a bottle of alcohol in front of a recovering alcoholic!!!!

| It's so hard though to say no! But I am finally back in a pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear for over a year, so I wont have cake! However, I have been a little bit naughty, lunch at work was chicken breast (with a little bit of Cranberry sauce) and Salad (they'd run out of vinegar and mayo, so I had to have a teaspoon of low fat blue cheese dressing) but this wont kill me right?? xx

| You don't want to give in, you have worked so hard! Eating that stuff might make you sick, too. Anytime I think about cheating, I think it will make me sick and fat and I stay away!!! It isn't fair, thin people have no idea how hard it is to lose weight!!
