| That cake in the fridge...its not really a cake....its a huge mass of fat, starch and sugar mixed together and baked until it turns to a heart attack inducing sludge. The sugar molecules have all adhered to the fat molecules turning the entire thing into a biological hand grenade! here's starch: www.isbu.ac.uk/water/hysta.html here's sugar: www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm here's fat: www.rheumatics.org/insulin.htm and just in case the cake still looks good: www.quantumbalancing.com/news/sugar_blues.htm I also feel I must pull this quote out: "Not mixing certain food types is a popular dietry concept that actually makes some sense. For example, if you eat only a fat and protien together the fat goes right through you. Dietry fat by itself is not the culprit, but when you add a carbohydrate to the mix, the body converts the dietry fat onto body fat". http://www.lifetoolsforwomen.com/wei...ips-tricks.htm Quick, duck! Before the cake goes off! Better yet call the bomb squad and run! John |
