Psyllium Husks capsules

The otherday I bought Psyllium Husks tablets and just noticed that it also contains Bulking Agent (Microcystalline Cellulose) and Anti-Caking Agent ( Magnesium Stearate, Silcon Dioxide) Anyone know the carbs in these tablets? I know the powder stuff did have nurt facts although these capsules dont. I mean they do their job although you can have up to 6 a day (2 with each meal) I am slightly worried about he Carb count in them.

Ingredients: Psyllium Husks, Capsule Shell, Bulking Agent (Microcystalline Cellulose) and Anti-Caking Agent ( Magnesium Stearate, Silcon Dioxide)

I'm not sure what brand you purchased, but the Metamucil brand has nutritional info printed on the package.

The Magnesium and silicon are mineral derivatives and they typically don't contribute to carbs. The cellulose is a derivative of the fiber found in plant material, so any contribution to the total carb count is near zero.
