| Yes I am aware of not counting calories, that is why I loveeeeeeeeee Atkins. I was just wondering about the percentage and how it was split. Thank you so much. |

| just remember even though calories are not counted the amount of food you eat is limitied by your hunger. feed only it and you will be an Atkins loser.
