| Wow! What an original idea. How did this guy think of this? Actually, I looked around a bit and on another site he says it's a variation of the Atkins diet. I'm not sure what the variation is except Dr. A tells you what to do and this guy doesn't. So if you want to know how to do it, read DANDR 2000. Well, I must go now. I have to invent a diet of my own. I think I'll call it...The 65/30/5 diet. Or maybe The Eat 3 Cups of Veggies a Day diet. Where do I come up with these ideas?? lol

| lol... my sister is doing something called "The Green Diet." Apparently, she can eat whatever she wants as long as the majority of it is greens--she says it's pretty much just salad with meat and cheese and whatever dressing she wants... she's eating high-fat dressing SO why does she think the Atkins diet is evil?

| It sounds like Atkins to me. A rose by any other name . . . On St Patrick's day here there are always green cakes, green beer, and green any other food they can get the food dye into. Makes me feel . . . . green, of course! (They look really gross!)

| There's another lowcarbing forum out there where there are long threads and the egg diet...they call it the meat and egg fast. Some people do seem to have results, but it's definitely more of a diet than a WOE like Atkins. Just the thought of eating so many eggs makes me want to |
