| I make my own at home. Sometimes, if bulk meat is cheap, I even mince my own. I add onion, mixed herbs and egg and they taste just great on the barbie!

| Yeah the Tesco burgers. they have two types. Look at the ingredients, one type has rusk and loads of stuff added and is high in carbs per burger. The others ingredients are beef and salt!!! 0.1g carb per burger. Just shows you that you it really pays to read the ingredients. |

| I found the 0.1g burgers a few months ago, and I think the whole store heard me squeal with delight! haha. Most of the others had, as you say, high high levels in them, but then I happened to pick up a box of their own 100% beef burgers, and to my delight, low levels! They're good too! But I don't tend to eat patties much. After I got the knack of cooking my own meals, I much prefer cooking my food from scratch and eliminating processed foods.
