| Da Vinci syrups (I find them at Wal-mart and TJ Maxx) are a form of liquid splenda. The one in the recipes is probably found at www.sweetzfree.com I think that is about the only place liquid splenda can be purchased. It is super concentrated in that form. I think some people on the board have purchased it thru that company. I myself just use granular. |

Yeah I have plenty of splenda packets (1000 from sams for $13 I think) but when cooking a recipe the carbs do add up significantly....

| I knowwww... I wish they had an "unflavored" one, as you said, that they sold in grocery stores and superstores... would make things a heck of a lot easier. I always feel crummy about having to take in all that unneeded maltodextrin in packet Splenda.

| Yeah, unfortunately they don't have an unflavored one as far as I know...I guess vanilla is about as neutral as you can get. |

| I've ordered some stuff called Fiberfit http://www17.netrition.com/nutrageni...rfit_page.html, although I haven't tried it yet. From Netrition's web site: Quote:

| By the way, if you buy some Stevia, a little goes a long way. If you use too much it can cause whatever you're making to taste bitter. So, easy does it. |

| Do you think this stevia is available at whole foods markets?

| We don't have a Whole Foods Market here, so I don't know. I bought mine either at a health food store or GNC or Vitamin World. |

| Yes, you should be able to find stevia at Whole Foods Market. Most, if not all, health food stores carry it as well as Trader Joes.
