| Actually, what's more important is the ratio derived by taking LDL divided by HDL .. in your case that would be a ratio of 3.93. Check out this link for more info: http://www.fatfreekitchen.com/choles...hdl-ratio.html You could easily raise that HDL by adding in more cardiovascular exercise. Congrats on the good numbers! Betty

| yep upping your HDL is one of the things Atkins does with the eating and the exercise program. on your next recheack your HDL should be higher which will lower your LDL and even if your total goes up you will have a healthier lipid profile
