| Going by the posts on the boards, the Atkins WOE seems to be a breeze for men but tough for women. If Atkins were easy, we wouldn't have the Second Time Around Club.

All he really has to do is eat ...ok he can use the microwave to warm up what I leave him or send with him sounds really easy to me...he lost 25 lbs and never knew anything had changed |

| Nothing worth working for is ever easy. The right thing to do is usually the hardest. The medical/dietic industry just can't come to terms with the fact that saturated fat alone is not the culprit for cholesterol. Something interesting for you as well that I learned in my health/nutrition class???? Most and she stressed MOST medical professianals/Dr's are required to complete less than 20 hours of diet/nutrition to complete their degrees in the medical field. Now that's pretty scarey to me. The person I trust to give me a diagnosis for MY most valued posession will have less hours in food/nutrition than I????
