| Quick, eat some fat! Or take some chromium picolinate! (I never spell that right) It will pass, do something to take your mind off it, like read a good book, soak in a bubble bath! Cut your toenails, or call someone you haven't talked to in a while and just talk! Don't let it get you, it's just your body changing, and for the better!
