| Awwww.......shucks.... Thank you so much! Yeper...tmrw is the day! Back to strict induction for 6 weeks. I've been playing around here lately but have maintained and of course exercising daily. I'm looking forward to making goal soon! My lenten promise: Induction for 6 weeks 1000 crunches 2000 obliques (gotta work on the flabby stomach) Running: 2 miles Monday 3 miles Tuesday 3 miles Weds. 6 miles Thurs. 2 miles Fridays My next 10K is on March 11 and i'm determined to get down to a 11min mile or better! |
