| yep that headache is your body in withdrawal. drink lots of water to help keep things hydrated should help the headache go away. did you subreat the fiber from the total carbs to have 30 net carbs? even if you did over eat your carbs just keep going and know your weightloss willbeoff a bit. no need to go back and redo 14 days. Happy low carbing.

| I had a 3 day mgraine - it was horrendous. Re the extra carbs, just put it nehind you and be careful henceforth. If you are not content with your Induction loss at teh end of 14 days stay on for an extra week or so to negate the effects of the extra carbs. Above all, don't stress out about it. We are all losing just one day at a time!

| yeah...how did you get the 30 grams...did you eat crackers or other not on induction foods or was this all from the allowed list?

| actually it doesn't matter how you get extra carbs if you are one over your carb limit you gain if you are under you lose. it is healthier for you to have too many carbs as veggies and not junk food but from the ratio of fats to carbs which is what controls Atkins weight loss one carb is one carb nomatter how you had it.
