| I have two reasons. One point is that we're all told that sugar alcohols and frakenfoods are bad, cause stalls, and so forth. And I'm not going to disprove it, I want to provide an example for everyone, just give them a personal story. When I was first starting this diet, I always read the personal stories about everything! That way I knew what I could expect. I'm proud of myself for doing such a clean Atkins for a long time. Finally I'm able to fit into a size medium. But mainly this is because I'm curious to see what happens. (I picked up some green tea diet pills the other day, if I gain three billion pounds I might start using them for next week's weigh-in They have trace amounts of caffine however.)
