| I agree with Wanna! Part of this is learning good eating habits, how to stop eating when we are full. I have been trying to do that this week. I usually just eat till all the food on my plate is gone, but I am trying to learn to stop eating when I am full. I think a pill might make that harder to learn.

| mine gave me a pres. for it for weight loss and i was gonna take it but did this, now i have trouble eatting the intro required amount and I was a binge eatter |
