| So I kind of glazed over that chapter of the book. I am taking One-A-Day Men's Health Formula multi-vitamin. It says take one tablet daily with food. I'm taking 2-4 daily. Is this okay or do i need to invest a fortune in 20 bottles a day?

| I am taking 3 multi's a day plus a super antioxidant. I just make sure my pill case goes with me everywhere so no matter where I'm at I can take them. |

| I don't care how fun-loving and optimistic someone is - taking vitamins is just not a blast. LOL It is a bit of a chore, but I make myself do it anyway! For about a month, I am going to incorporate the CLA/GLA combo I keep hearing raves about & see if there are any improvements!
