| Who needs the OJ!? You can get good amounts of Vitamin C from Red/Green peppers, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cabbage and Brussel Sprouts (yuck).... Red peppers alone have 95mg per 1/2 cup. Of course who wants to eat red peppers every single day.. not me.. haha
