| Chicken tikka (Dry without sauce) and maybe....a little saag paneer? (spinach and cheese) or maybe...lamb paener? (lamb and spinach) or even....gobi gobi? (if its not on the menu ask...really its just cauliflower and cauliflower in sauce and spices!) Dont forget the lovely range of salads on the menu too

| I do chicken curry a lot. Stir fry vegies and chicken, add curry paste and unsweetened coconut milk and simmer till it's thick. It's fairly low in carbs and extremely good.
