You don't need to have Atkins products to do the Atkins diet.
All you need is vegetables, meats, cheeses...fresh foods (or frozen or canned). It's better if you stay away from processed foods altogether, so don't worry, you aren't missing anything.

Get yourself a copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, version 2002 (DANDR for short) and you'll see that you can do this by eating real food.

I've lost 57 pounds NOT using Atkins products. I think some of them are considered frankenfood myself. Remember that just because some things are labeled low carb that that doesn't mean they are good for us. You can do it.

yep the only Atkins product you need is the book DR ATKINS NEW DIET REVOLUTION 2002 edidtion.

Atkins is about learning to eat real unprocessed foods. the only legal foods you will miss out on are the pork ones and i doubt you'd eat them in the states either so have fun fixing healthy foods lots of low glycemic veggies nuts and fruits when you move to OWL after your 14 days.

whaile you are getting your book you can see all the foods you can eat during induction 3 cups of those listed veggies and as much of the healthy fats and proteins as your body needs to satisfy your hunger in our induction forum.

This place has many mnay folk who can and will assist you by answering yor questions if you post them in a topic in the right forums.

Happy low carbing.

What a great thing .. NOT TO HAVE ATKINS PRODUCTS!! (except for the book like 2BIG said)

Hon, all you need are lean meats, lots of fresh, non-starchy veggies, drinking water and vitamins!!

Hey whats the weather like there?

Any climate problems with Atkins diet? Bet you're drinking lots of water over there...

I agree with the guys above...Plenty of good stuff to eat where you are that should be 100% Atkins complient
