| Oh my gosh!! Thank you so much!!! I have been checking my fitday, and i am not getting enough Magnesium either!! You are so great to share this, thank you!

| I also read that when exercising we sweat out some magnesium so if you have a deficiency after completing exercises you might feel cold. Another tell tale sign of magnesium deficiency. I mention this because I remember someone saying they feel cold after exercises... I myself even felt cold when I was out running or even doing weights....guess now I'm all warm and toasty I'm smiling ear to ear!

| I'm cold because I got our gas bill and had to make the executive decision to turn it wayyyyyy down to save some cash next month. Just be glad it's too little magnesium, that's all I'll say
